Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Handle full-spectrum conveyancing matters including transfers, bonds and related documentation.
  2. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and financial institutions.
  3. Draft and review legal documents and agreements.
  4. Attend to Litigation matters.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer.

Skills and Competencies 

  1. Two to Three years post admission experience in General Litigation and Conveyancing a must.
  2. Experience in transfers, bonds and cancellation.
  3. Proficient in conveyancing software
  4. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
  5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  7. Strong attention to detail with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively.
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  9. Maintaining ethical standards, especially concerning confidential matters, is essential.
  10. Drivers licence and own vehicle a must.
  11. Must currently reside in Pretoria / within commuting distance
  12. A stable employment record and contactable employment references a must.
